Shipping policy


Once we hand off your order to the shipping carrier we are no longer responsible for it. We will do our best in any case to locate any lost orders but we only have access to the same tracking information as the customer.

Shipping times are estimates and do not include weekends. We aren't responsible if your package arrives outside the shipping timeframe. Shipping time doesn't start until your order is fulfilled. Please allow an additional day or two as we prep your order for shipment. 

Shipping Protection

We are not liable for lost, damaged or stolen shipments, or shipments marked as "attempted delivery".

We want you to enjoy the products you order from the CrazyQuady Merch Shop and we do everything in our power to make sure they arrive in pristine condition. We use quality shipping materials to protect our products as much as possible. However, we have no control over how shipments are handled by the carrier.

Lost or stolen packages

For packages lost in transit, please wait at least 7 business days since the last tracking update in the US, or 14 for international. For items that are marked delivered but aren't present, we ask that you wait 7 business days since the delivery date for U.S. customers, and 14 days for international. Often tracking is incorrect and shows delivered a few days before it actually is. See the Return/Refund Policy for more information.

We do not offer refund or reimbursement for shipments that arrive outside of the estimated delivery dates, even if you paid upgraded shipping. We can't control or guarantee transit times.

US & Canada customers

Customers will pay for shipping based on order size and weight. Orders will be fulfilled within 1 to 2 business days.

We do our best to fulfill your orders in a timely manner, but once the package leaves our site, we have zero control over transit times. Thanks for your understanding and patience!
